Happiness: Finding Your Own Truth

Happy Spring everyone; let’s raise our vibrations to happiness, truth, and abundance!

Have you ever held a discussion on a topic with someone and no matter what was said, this individual wasn’t capable of altering your belief? AND, as the conversation continued, you started to feel offended and frustrated. Still, you felt extremely good for standing up for yourself and for your beliefs. YES, this is an example that once you find your own truth, no matter what one says or try to convince you otherwise, you will default back to a happy state; because you have found your own truth! I will illustrate this further by discussing two wise concepts on truth and happiness.

The first, Dr. Delbert Blair, an expert in metaphysics for over 30 years discussed in his lectures that “there is no truth until you decide what truth is.” That is, we are the products of what we affirmatively believe. Second, is the concept on having a calm and clear mind? Alan Wallace, an expert in the practice of relaxed concentration, indicates that happiness is the default state of mind. To put this simple, when the mind becomes calm and clear, the mind returns to its default. What is the default? The default is happiness!

Finding your own truth can help you achieve a life of fulfillment, happiness and success. I have applied these concepts to my own life and into my success life coaching practice. I can honestly say that it works, and the results are mind blowing!  Leave a comment ⬇ if you agree or disagree.
